Paul Trunko

First learning guitar in his early teens, Paul has worked professionally as a singer/songwriter, guitarist and harmonica player since the early '80's. Area music projects include 6 years with acoustic bluegrass band Quickdraw, 8 years as band leader with blues/rock band The Keepers and current member of front range Grateful Dead oriented band One Kind Favor. Roots music has been at the heart of his musical projects. Paul also has recorded and released two acoustic kid/family albums in the Jammy Man series with fellow faculty member Ernie Martinez. The Jammy Man Band has performed children's concerts at libraries, schools and festivals throughout Colorado. Before joining the faculty, Paul was a staff person for 7 years at Swallow Hill.
