Pamela Hewitt
Classical Glass
A Ph.D. in Social Psychology, Pamela Hewitt recently changed careers from university professor to full-time artist. Her sculptural ceramic carvings, organic staining on silk, oil still life and watercolor dancing figures reflect the dialectic of structure and dynamic as well as an abstract expressionist appreciation of texture and the natural world. She has been featured in several one-woman shows, received a fellowship from the Greeley Art Association, and won numerous art show ribbons for her diverse media pieces. |
